How often should I get a massage?
In a perfect world, you should get a massage every week. However, if time does not allow, plan a massage once a month. If you are experiencing pain, i.e. in your shoulder, lower back or hamstring, you may want to get a few massages until you gain better mobility in those areas. Your massage therapist will recommend when you should return for your next session. If you've received enough pain relief from several massage sessions and you feel you are functioning at your best, schedule your follow-up massage appointment next month.

Prenatal massage is a form of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time in which a woman’s body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical, mental, and emotional changes. Using various techniques specifically for the new mother, Pregnancy Massage helps alleviate discomforts experienced throughout the pregnancy.
Our post-natal maternity massage will help you address the stress of carrying and caring for a newborn, as well as restore your body to its pre-pregnant condition.
